Add hero_keyvisual template, update used libraries 

Added 'layout/hero_keyvisual.html' template for using the styleguide-colorful
banner in the hero.

Removed 'layout/hero_nav.html' template.

Updated
  - animate.css 3.5.1 -> 3.5.2
  - bulma       3.5.2 -> 0.5.0
  - jquery      3.1.1 -> 3.2.1
